CLEAN-UP AND INSPECTION
Don't know if you're due for service or if your suspension is in optimal working condition ? Don't worry, we'll inspect it for you and tell you if it needs service. We'll clean it up and change fluid while we're in there :)
- Inspection of fork for damage and/or wear
- Bushing inspection
- Replacement of foam rings and crush washers
- New lower leg fluid
- Inspection of shock for damage and/or wear
- New air chamber fuild
BASIC SERVICE
Also known as a 50 hour service or lower leg service. In this service, we'll inspect your suspension, change the seals that prevent gunk from getting inside and drop in new fluids. Don't worry, if it's in need of damper love, we'll tell you
* Basic service is not available on coil shocks
- Inspection of fork for damage and/or wear
- Bushing inspection
- Replacement of dust wipers, foam rings and crush washers
- New lower leg fluid
- Inspection of shock for damage and/or wear
- New air chamber fuild
- Replacement of air chamber seals and dust wiper
- Shock bushings replacement
- Inspection of shock for damage and/or wear
- New oil bleed
- Nitrogen charge
- Shock bushings replacement
FULL SUSPENSION REBUILD
Also called the 200 hours service or yearly service. During this service, we'll do a complete teardown of the suspension, change all damper and air seals and replace all fluids
- Inspection of fork for damage and/or wear
- Bushing inspection
- Replacement of dust wipers foam rings and crush washers
- New lower leg fluid
- Complete teardown and rebuild of damper
- Replacement or adjustment of valving shims
- Complete rebuild and new air side seals
- Vacuum bleed of damping fluids
* Prices valid for Fox, Rockshox, Manitou.
* Prices increase for DVO, Cane Creek, Lefty, Ohlins
- Inspection of shock for damage and/or wear
- New air chamber fuild
- Replacement of air chamber seals and dust wiper
- Complete teardown and rebuild of damper
- Replacement or adjustment of valving shims
- Vacuum bleed of damping fluids
- Shock bushings replacement

SEATPOST FULL REBUILD
Seatpost need service too. Here are the options

- General inspection
- New telescope seals
- New brass keys
- Lube and grease
* Extra fees if cartridge needs replacement
