Shipping
Yes, S4 Suspension ships orders internationally to many countries around the world. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your shipping adress is unavailable, send an email to info@s4uspension.com and we will look to ship it manually
Shipping in Quebec usually takes around 1-2 business days.
Returns
Our return policy is 15 days if the product is in new, if the product is used of damaged it can not be returned. After 15 days, there is still possibility to return with a 15% restocking fee.

Give us a call or send an email requesting the return. We'll then provide an RA# and you'll be able to send it back through your prefered transporter to us. The item will be refunded after reception and inspection.
Service
Start by filling out a work order HERE. At the end of the form, you can choose to drop it off, send it with our carrier or request a pickup. You're all set! We'll contact you as soon as we recevie yor suspension and get the procedure started.
