LIMITED TWO (2) YEAR Warranty

If any component of your DVO Suspension product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the term of this Limited Two Year Warranty (the “Agreement”), the defective component will be repaired or replaced, at the option of DVO Suspension free of charge, within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Suspension product by an authorized DVO Suspension dealer, freight prepaid, together with the original retail invoice or other evidence of the date of purchase.

NOT COVERED: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper use, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly, repairs improperly performed or replacement parts or accessories not conforming to DVO Suspension’s specifications, modifications not recommended or approved in writing by DVO Suspension activities such as acrobatics, stunt jumping, ramp riding, racing, commercial use, and / or normal wear or deterioration occasioned by the use of the product. Items subject to normal wear or deterioration include but are not limited to oil, dust seals, oil seals, and bushings. In addition, this warranty is void in the event that the forks are used with any rental bicycles, unless DVO Suspension provided prior approval in writing for such use. This warranty also does not include any expenses related to the transportation of the DVO Suspension product to or from an authorized DVO Suspension dealer, labor costs to remove the DVO Suspension product from the bicycle, or compensation for inconvenience or loss of use while the DVO Suspension product is being repaired.   This warranty will be automatically void if serial number of the DVO Suspension product is altered, erased, defaced or otherwise subject to any tampering.

PURCHASER. This warranty is made by DVO Suspension with only the original purchaser of the DVO Suspension product and does not extend to any third parties. The rights of the original purchaser under this warranty may not be assigned.

1. The term of this warranty shall commence on the date of purchase and shall continue for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase.
2. In event of a defect covered by this warranty, the purchaser should contact an authorized DVO Suspension dealer or a DVO Suspension Service Centre.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This warranty supersedes any and all oral or express warranties, statements or undertakings that may previously have been made, and contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the warranty of this DVO Suspension product. Any and all warranties not contained in this warranty are specifically excluded.

Except as expressly provided by this warranty, DVO Suspension SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE DVO SUSPENSION PRODUCT OR A CLAIM UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. The foregoing statements of warranty are exclusive and lieu of all other remedies. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
2. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, IS HEREBY STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. This Agreement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser with respect to this purchase. In the event of any alleged breach of any warranty or any legal action brought by the purchaser based on alleged negligence or other tortious conduct by DVO Suspension the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy will be repair or replacement of defective materials as stated above. No dealer and no other agent or employee of DVO Suspension is authorized to modify, extend or enlarge this warranty.
3. Always install, repair and use your DVO Suspension product in strict compliance with it’s owner’s manual.

OTHER RIGHTS. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights, and you have also other rights which vary from state to state (USA only).

APPLICABLE LAW. Any disputes arising out of this agreement or the use of this DVO Suspension product will be governed by the laws of the country of United States and will be decided by the Courts of California.

Cannondale Lefty and Headshok Suspension Forks and Unbranded Forks: The fork structure is covered under the frame warranty. The internal components are covered as Cannondale Branded Components.

LIFETIME LEAKPROOF WARRANTY

Hayes is so confident in the durability of our hydraulic disc brakes that we offer a conditional Lifetime Leakproof Warranty covering the master cylinder assembly and the caliper. The terms and conditions of this warranty are as such:

1. The Lifetime Leakproof Warranty covers only the following brakes: Dominion, Prime Series, Dyno Series, Radar Series.
2. The offer is open to the original owner ONLY.
3. The warranty covers the master cylinder and caliper assemblies ONLY.
4. The warranty does NOT cover the brake hose.
5. The warranty does NOT cover leaking sustained through crash damage or abuse.
6. The warranty does NOT cover leaking due to improper service including, but not limited to, improper brake fluid, mechanical or aesthetic modifications of the master cylinder and/or caliper, or incorrect torqueing of system components.
7. The warranty does NOT cover any of the labor or shipping costs associated with return of the brake to Hayes Bicycle Group, nor does it cover any damage or loss of the brake during shipping.
8. The warranty claim is only accepted with a clear proof of purchase (payment receipt from the dealer).

Additionally, this warranty and Hayes Bicycle Group’s liabilities will be void if the following occurs:

• Improper use of the brake or damage due to a crash or abuse.
• Using parts from other manufacturers in conjunction with the Hayes brake system.
• Refinishing (e.g., painting or polishing) of any part.

• Shipping damages or loss.

EXTENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty in no way replaces or is an extension of a complete bicycle manufacturer’s warranty. Retailers and distributors for SR Suntour products are not authorized to modify this
warranty in any way.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to regularly examine the
product to determine the need for normal service or replacement.
SR SUNTOUR, INC. (“warrantor”) warrants that each product manufactured or furnished by warrantor will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6)
months to twenty four (24) months from the date of the first
retail purchase of the product (“Limited Warranty”), the detail
of warranted SR SUNTOUR product and its corresponding
warranted period is listed as below. The purchaser’s sole and
exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty for defects in
the product shall be the repair or replacement, in warrantor’s sole discretion, of the defective product, or components
thereof. This Limited Warranty is made by s with only first
retail purchaser of the product and does not extend to any
subsequent purchaser or any third parties. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.
•Suspension forks, rear shocks, chain wheels, seat posts,
gearboxes, and e-bike system (including motor, display,
controller, and its components): 2 years. Note: SR SUNTOUR
shall adopt and follow the warranty period to those countries
who have their own rule.
•Cartridges dampers: 1 year
•Wear parts, such as plastic sleeves, rubber seals, o-rings, or
any other parts designated by warrantor: 6 months
Warrantor may, at its discretion, repair or replace defective
parts falling outside the warranty period, but such work shall
not be deemed to be any admission of liability nor an extension of the warranty.
This is the only warranty made by warrantor and no employee, agent, or reseller of warrantor is authorized to make any
other warranty on behalf of warrantor.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, improper use, lack of
reasonable or proper maintenance, improper assembly,
repairs improperly performed, replacement parts or accessories not conforming to warrantor’s specifications, use
exceeding the recommended and permitted limits of the
product, specified in any manuals or other literature supplied by warrantor, on warrantor’s website, or in accordance
with the customs and practices of the bicycling industry,
or not following this Limited Warranty procedure set forth

•Cosmetic issues, such as scratches, chips or colour deviations
or damage caused in shipping or assembling the product;
•Any expenses related to the transportation of the product to
or from an authorized service center, labor costs to remove
the product from the bicycle, or compensation for loss of use
while the product is being repaired;
•Any damage, cost or expense caused by unforseen events
or force majuere;
•The serial number of the product is altered, erased, defaced
or otherwise subject to any tampering; or
•Any use of the product with a rental or leased bicycle or for
any other commercial use.

1. What is X-Fusion's warranty duration?
   X-Fusion warrants all products to be from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from date of purchase. Terms and limitations apply. Refer to your user manual for the fine print.
2. What is X-Fusion's warranty policy?
   X-Fusion will repair or replace, at X-Fusion's discretion, products determined to be of faulty materials or workmanship. An original purchase receipt is required to file a warranty claim. X-Fusion reserves the right to all final warranty decisions.
3. What items are excluded from the warranty?
   Specifically, X-Fusion will not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear or routine maintenance, bushings and suspension fluids. Generally, X-Fusion will not cover non-X-Fusion replacement parts, abnormal strain, abuse or neglect, accident or collision damage, modified parts, improper maintenance, damages due to shipping, interior or exterior damage due to incorrect installation, crashes, foreign materials, seat post interference, incorrect cable mounting, service or repair by an unqualified technician or coil binding (Three turns of preload maximum on rear shocks).
